Strength and Dignity

    You totally need to get that diet and dtox back up and running! I have always admired your dedication to exercise and exploring new ways to get yourself healthy - both mind and body! Reflecting on yourself isn't easy, and you are so tune with who you are, and who you want to be..and well, it's incredible. Thank you for supporting me...I miss you, love you..and when I get my booty bottom in flying shape, I'll be seeing YOU in Singapore!!
